In the event of a government shutdown, schools run by the Department of Defense Educational Activity (DoDEA) will continue to operate as usual. Employees at the school and district levels will continue to work as usual, and students will continue to go to school.
Student activities, including athletics, will continue as usual. TDY travel for student activities will be authorized.
Employees at area offices and headquarters may be furloughed. These employees should obtain guidance from their supervisors.
