Book Giveaway: The 2-Second Commute

In day two of “Kate gives away her books,” I have an interesting book about becoming a freelance virtual assistant.  I’m not sure how this book got into my house but now it is time for me to let is bless someone else’s shelves.

From the back cover,

The must-have book about becoming a Virtual Assistant from the two people who created the industry!

Virtual Assistants work from home, providing everything from administrative support to high-end consulting via e-mail, phone and fax.  They don’t commute, they set their own hours, and they get to spend time with their kids.

Wouldn’t you like to be a VA, too?

So, for today’s book giveaway, please tell me if you’ve ever considered becoming a Virtual Assistant, and why or why not.

Winners will be selected using a random number generator.  Entries must be submitted by midnight EST on Saturday, April 28 and will be contacted via e-mail.

No, I have never considered being a virtual assistant. I’ve never heard of the job before.

    Hi Kate,

I have considered becoming a virtual assistant. I thought about this because it seems to be a job that can be done no matter where you are in the globe. Additionally, I know there is a lot of flexibility in the work schedules, and I think that would be a perfect fit for my lifestyle!
