Three Benefits to Unsubscribing

If you spend any time on the internet, especially shopping, you will eventually wake up one day and discover that you have a ton of advertisements in your email inbox.  In order to keep yourself sane and help resist the temptation of all the “amazing deals” in these emails, you’ve got to make a conscious effort to unsubscribe from the excess mailing lists.

Every email has an unsubscribe link somewhere on it (usually at the bottom.)  Click through to the unsubscribe page and read what it says.  Some automatically unsubscribe you when you click on the link and others require you to select or unselect certain items.

There are three main benefits to unsubscribing.  First, you won’t be overwhelmed by junk email.  Second, you are less likely to miss important email.  Third, you won’t be enticed to make unnecessary purchases.

Take a few minutes today to get off those emailing lists.
